We are not a tour operator, a restaurant, the tourist board or GetYourGuide. We compare the bookable options so the choice is easy to make without a sales pitch.

Facts on this site are checked against the GetYourGuide listings as they were when the site was built and against published sources on Oaxacan food and history. When a detail comes from one listing, the site says so and applies it only to that tour. Listings change; if a listing disagrees with this site, the listing is right.
